ARC is a registered 501(c)(3) organization focusing on connecting high paying labor jobs with Low Income Communities.

Our Mission

ARC’s mission is to promote the creation of community services, affordable housing and job training opportunities in low income communities nationwide by providing technical and financial support to eligible not for profit organizations. 

ARC also works with local building and construction trades councils to help them establish not for profit organizations that further their missions of advancing pre-apprenticeship and job readiness programs in their communities.
